Job description

Responsible for driving the sale of the Bank's acquired real estate assets (ROPA / foreclosed properties) by sourcing buyers, managing broker relationships, executing marketing initiatives, and overseeing transactions from offer to closing. Ensure timely and compliant completion of sales while maximizing returns and supporting the Bank's asset recovery objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate and close sales opportunities for acquired real estate assets through direct selling, broker partnerships, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to secure qualified buyers and maximize sales value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and referral networks to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote available properties and increase buyer interest.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for management approval.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including documentation, payment coordination, and sales closing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentary, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sales pipeline and transaction progress to achieve targets and optimize asset disposal performance.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of a four-year course degree, preferably in a business-related course.
• At least 3 years of work experience in real estate sales in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage firm.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, including property inspections and site visits with buyers and brokers.
• With an existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network.
• Has a strong and established broker network (individuals and firms).
• Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus.
• Willing to work onsite and be assigned to Makati or Ortigas.
