Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a sales professional responsible for selling and disposing acquired real estate assets (ROPA/foreclosed properties). The role focuses on sourcing offers from direct buyers and broker networks to achieve fast, acceptable returns.

The candidate will coordinate site visits with buyers and brokers, manage documentary requirements, and present proposals for management approval. On-site work is required in Makati/Ortigas.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree required, preferably business-related.
• At least 3 years in real estate sales within banking, real estate company, or brokerage.
• Willingness to conduct field visits for site trips with buyers and brokers.

Responsibilities

• Solicit direct buyers and source buyers from broker networks for ROPA/foreclosed real estate properties.
• Secure offers from direct buyers and ensure buyer's conformity if prospect is solicited through a broker.
• Arrange site tripping / property inspection with prospects and brokers.
• Ensure complete submission of all buyer's documentary requirements.
• Evaluate and finalize sales proposals for management approval.
