Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a driven Real Estate Sales professional to lead the disposition of the bank's acquired assets (ROPA/foreclosed properties). You will source buyers, manage broker relationships, run marketing initiatives, and oversee transactions from offer to closing, ensuring compliance and timely execution.

Responsibilities include developing campaigns, presenting properties, coordinating inspections, and driving end-to-end deal closure while maximizing returns for asset recovery

Qualifications

• Graduate of a four-year degree, preferably in a business-related field.
• At least 3 years of real estate sales experience in a bank, real estate company, or brokerage.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, including property inspections with buyers and brokers.
• Existing customer database, property listings, and active sales network.
• Strong and established broker network (individuals and firms).
• Proficient in social media platforms for real estate marketing; existing online presence is a plus.
• Must be amenable to work onsite in Makati or Ortigas.

• Conduct property presentations, site inspections, and negotiations to secure qualified buyers and maximize sales value.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and referral networks to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote available properties and increase buyer interest.
• Prepare sales proposals and presentations for management approval.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing, including documentation, payment coordination, and sales closing.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of documentary, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor sales pipeline and transaction progress to achieve targets and optimize asset disposal performance.
