Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Pasig. The Real Estate Agent will actively promote and sell residential and commercial properties within Ortigas Land developments, including conducting property tours, presenting features and benefits, and addressing inquiries. The role involves managing client relationships from initial contact to closing, preparing and explaining documentation, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process. The agent will monitor market trends, gather competitor and customer insights, and participate in sales events, open houses, and community activities. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate records of leads and sales, following company policies and ethical standards, and meeting assigned sales targets.

Qualifications
