Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced RCM Trainer– Medical Billing for a hybrid, night‑shift role (8 PM–5 AM Manila time). The position begins with a 6‑week onsite training, followed by ongoing hybrid work.

You will own the end‑to‑end revenue cycle and serve as the SME for complex billing scenarios. Responsibilities include leading the billing lifecycle, denial management, AR optimization, and training teams in denial strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
• Experience in end-to-end billing processes and payer adjudication.
• Prior SME / Team Lead / Quality Analyst experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPC, CCS, RHIT or RHIA are advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Revenue Cycle Ownership across billing lifecycle.
• SME & Escalation Management for complex billing issues.
• Denials & AR Optimization to reduce denials and accelerate cash flow.
• Training & Knowledge Leadership for billing teams on best practices.
