Qualifications

• 2+ years of U.S. medical billing experience
• Strong knowledge of full claims cycle
• Ability to read ERAs/EOBs and denial codes
• Familiarity with payer portals (Availity, UHC, Aetna)
• High attention to detail and problem solving
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Actively manage assigned insurance A/R buckets and follow up for timely resolution.
• Investigate and resolve unpaid, underpaid, or denied claims.
• Submit corrected claims and appeals with supporting documentation.
• Submit and track appeals with documentation.
• Review aging reports and prioritize high-dollar accounts.
• Maintain accurate account notes and documentation per workflow.
