• Experience in medical billing, claims processing, or AR follow-up
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding (basic to intermediate)
• Knowledge of US healthcare billing processes and payers
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end medical billing processes
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims (primary & secondary)
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Review, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims
• Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies
