Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize the end-to-end billing lifecycle
• Manage escalations and provide SME guidance on complex issues
• Analyze denials, perform root-cause analysis, and drive AR recovery
• Train and mentor billing teams on RCM processes and best practices
