Job summary

Atos in the Philippines seeks an experienced RCM Trainer– Medical Billing to own the end-to-end billing lifecycle and optimize denial management. This hybrid, night-shift role involves mentoring teams, resolving complex claims, and driving cash flow improvements.

The candidate should bring 5+ years in medical billing, CPT/HCPCS coding knowledge, and a track record in process optimization. Certification is a plus. Training is onsite for 6 weeks, then hybrid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
• Experience as SME / Team Lead / Quality Analyst preferred.
• Certifications encouraged but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end billing lifecycle and RCM ownership.
• Handle complex denials, payer issues, and escalations.
• Train and mentor billing teams on RCM processes and coding.
• Perform root cause analysis of billing discrepancies and denials.
