Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced RCM Trainer– Medical Billing for a hybrid, night‑shift role (8 PM–5 AM Manila time). The position begins with a 6‑week onsite training, followed by ongoing hybrid work.

You will own the end‑to‑end revenue cycle and serve as the SME for complex billing scenarios. Responsibilities include leading the billing lifecycle, denial management, AR optimization, and training teams in denial strategies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management.
• Experience in end-to-end billing processes and payer adjudication.
• Prior SME / Team Lead / Quality Analyst experience preferred.
• Certifications such as CPC, CCS, RHIT or RHIA are advantageous but not mandatory.

RCM Trainer– Medical Billing | Hybrid | Nightshift

Setup: Hybrid (6 weeks training onsite 2 days per month after)

Schedule: 8PM-5AM MNL

The RCM Trainer is responsible for providing deep domain expertise across the end-to-end medical billing lifecycle, ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient revenue cycle operations. The role acts as the go-to authority for complex billing scenarios, process optimization, and escalations, driving improvements in billing accuracy, denial reduction, and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Revenue Cycle Ownership

• Oversee and support the entire billing lifecycle:
  • Patient registration & insurance verification
  • Charge capture & medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
  • Claims preparation, scrubbing, and submission

SME & Escalation Management

• Handle complex and escalated billing issues, including denied or rejected claims
• Perform root cause analysis of billing discrepancies and payer rejections
• Provide payer‑specific expertise (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)

Denials & AR Optimization

• Analyze and resolve denied claims, ensuring timely re‑submission and recovery
• Identify trends in denials and implement preventive measures

Training & Knowledge Leadership

• Train and mentor billing teams on:
  • End‑end RCM processes
  • Denial management strategies
  • Coding & billing best practice …

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5–8+ years in medical billing / revenue cycle management
• Proven experience in end-to-end billing processes
