Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. seeks an RC Operations Assistant in the Philippines to support day-to-day reverse logistics activities, including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, and sorting parcels to designated hubs for linehaul loading.

You will monitor RC performance against KPIs, prepare and validate RC reports, assist the Customer Support team with escalated issues, drive process improvements, handle payments, and coordinate with agency coordinators to ensure smooth

Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.
Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
Create, review, and validate RC reports.
Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.
Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.
