Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an RC Operations Assistant to support day-to-day RC activities in the Philippines.

You will assist in manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, and sorting of parcels to hubs and linehaul loading. You will help monitor RC performance to ensure high productivity and achievement of KPIs, create and validate RC reports, and support the Customer Support team with escalations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day RC operations including manpower allocation, linehaul receiving, validation and inspection, sorting of parcels and bulkies to designated hubs and linehaul loading.
• Support monitoring of RC performance by ensuring high productivity and efficient achievement of RC KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate RC reports.
• Assist the Customer Support team with call-outs to resolve customer escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives and projects to enhance RC productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and associated payment processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks as required to support RC operations.
