Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Account Placement Specialist to manage end-to-end client engagement across the Philippines, LATAM, and global markets. You will run discovery, present Wing’s value, and bring live, vetted candidates into calls in real time.

The role rewards quick judgment and fast, asynchronous collaboration via Discord. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on not just qualified leads but live placements, backup candidates, and prompt post-close compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have run outbound/discovery through to close — not just handed off qualified leads.
• Recruiting or sourcing experience with genuine same-day turnaround, not multiday pipelines.
• Comfortable improvising live — can steer a call and brief a candidate in 10–15 minutes on the spot.
• Fast and responsive by nature — minutes, not hours, is this role's working speed.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end client engagement process from intake to final close.
• Conduct discovery calls to qualify client needs and present Wing's value with live candidates.
• Close deals and formalize steps within 60 minutes via Discord/JRF.
