Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking an Account Placement Specialist to manage end-to-end client engagements. This role rewards quick, real-time judgment and direct candidate demos in live calls rather than scripted exchanges.

You will own discovery, matching candidates from the bench, and closing deals within minutes. Hybrid setup in Salcedo Village, Makati, with 40k–60k PHP monthly compensation and collaboration via Discord.

Qualifications

• Has run outbound/discovery through to close, not just leads.
• Recruiting or sourcing with same-day turnaround.
• Ability to improvise live and brief a candidate in 10–15 minutes.
• Fast, responsive work speed, minutes not hours.

Responsibilities

• Understand client input and match candidates using ATS systems.
• Perform full discovery calls and present Wing's value with live candidates.
• Read the room and close while interest is highest; formalize deal in Discord/JRF in 30–60 minutes.
• Maintain candidate bench by role, industry, and availability.
• Confirm candidate availability at T-24h and T-30min; secure backups.
• Finalize compliance and matching after a deal closes and update onboarding status.
