Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Philippines is seeking an ATR GBS Coordinator to drive standardized month-end close processes, ensuring timely escalation of issues and GAAP compliance. You will support end-to-end R2R operations, manage risks, and contribute to process improvements across locations.

The role demands strong cross-functional coordination, stakeholder communication, and project management experience, with a CPA/CMA preferred and 6–8 years in R2R within shared services or a BPO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA/CMA certification preferred.
• 6–8 years of R2R experience in Shared Services or BPO.
• Experience with General Ledger, Intercompany, Fixed Assets, MEC, Reconciliation, reporting, consolidation, and lease accounting.
• Knowledge of IFRS and end-to-end finance processes; SAP experience.
• Process migrations or transitions and continuous improvement preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, crisis handling, and process improvements.
• Proficiency in MS Office; strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Owns global close governance, readiness and escalation.
• Standardizes close processes across locations for efficiency and consistency.
• Ensures blockers are escalated and resolved for timely closes.
• Identify process gaps, risks and improvement opportunities and drive initiatives.
• Support R2R operations, including review and approval of transactions and reports.
• Ensure all transactions and reports comply with GAAP and Global Accounting Policies.
• Contribute to R2R tower management and objectives.
• Perform internal controls review and documentation per iPace.
• Act as a point of contact for audit requirements and queries.
• Update SOPs to reflect process changes.
