Job summary

Bostik is seeking a Record to Report Accountant with a strong preference for Spanish-speaking professionals in a dynamic, global finance team. The role focuses on general accounting, financial reporting, and process excellence, with strict internal controls and service levels.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in R2R, experience in a Shared Services Center, and proficiency in SAP and OneStream, along with advanced Excel skills. Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Experience in a Shared Services Center is an advantage.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred; strong English communication skills required.
• Proficiency in SAP and OneStream; advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and accounting standards.
• Participate in audits, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Provide technical expertise in Record to Report processes and resolve complex queries.
• Review financial reports, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Prepare schedules and supporting documentation for audits.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide tax-related information for annual tax computation and estimates.
• Support Fixed Assets processes including asset creation and capitalization timelines.
• Perform CTA and Fixed Assets Accounting as defined in the Financial Target Operating Model.
