Job summary

RELX Philippines is seeking an experienced R2R Accountant to lead end-to-end record-to-report processes for assigned entities, ensuring timely, accurate financial reporting in line with global standards. You will own multiple sets of books, maintain strong controls, and partner with business units and controllers to resolve issues while driving continuous improvement and Right First Time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
At least 3 years of record-to-report, intercompany or general accounting experience.
Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Oracle/SAP/PeopleSoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

Performs R2R functions including Balance Sheet Reconciliation, FCCS, Intercompany and month-end activities and reporting.
Post entries to the general ledger in Fusion accurately and timely; prepare management reports for the assigned books.
Assist in the preparation of various audit requirements.
Liaise with Business Units, Business Controllers and Partners as first point of contact.
Own daily intercompany transaction queries and analysis.
Take a proactive approach in resolving issues encountered.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure accounting policies and procedures are followed.
