Private Advertiser is seeking a Record to Report Associate in Laguna to support financial reporting for multiple entities, focusing on accurate transaction recording, reconciliations, and timely month-end closing.

The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, transactional environment. Experience in R2R or general accounting is advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in Record to Report (R2R), General Accounting, or Financial Reporting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a highly transactional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily accounting operations for highly transactional entities with accuracy and efficiency
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including period close activities as applicable
• Record and process financial transactions accurately and on time
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Support statutory and management financial reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and service level agreements
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required financial information and documentation
• Maintain accurate and reliable financial records and data
• Coordinate with relevant teams to address accounting and reporting concerns
