RELX International is seeking a qualified accounting professional to perform general accounting activities and manage Record-to-Report processes. You will ensure the integrity of accounting records and deliver efficient, high-quality close processes for the organization.

The role requires 1–2 years in R2R or general accounting, solid ERP experience (SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft) and strong Excel skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related course.
• 1-2 years of experience in Record-to-Report or General Accounting.
• Experience with ERPs (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) and advanced MS Excel.
• Logical thinker with a focus on process improvements.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment; can multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Strong technical and analytical skills and written/verbal communication.
• Must have stakeholder management experience and be independent yet a strong team player.

Responsabilités

• Preparing and recording journal entries.
• Monitoring the close process at unit and company levels.
• Reviewing and analysis of account and unit-level trial balances.
• Performing reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and related bank statements.
• Settlement of Intercompany transactions.
• Perform Balance confirmation and Mismatch Analysis.
• Transfer Pricing.
• Recording of newly acquired fixed assets and depreciation.
• Accounting for disposition of fixed assets.
• Performing record retention, archiving and audit support for accounting and reporting.
• Researching local and international accounting issues and briefing on new pronouncements.
• Month-End reporting and ad hoc tasks.
