Job summary

PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Senior R2R Manager – Intercompany to lead end-to-end intercompany accounting across regions, ensuring accurate monthly closes and financial reporting.

The role drives process improvements and finance transformation, manages a high-performing team, and partners with GPOs and stakeholders to maintain strong controls and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or related field.
• CPA preferred/required.
• At least 8 years of accounting experience, including experience managing General Ledger or Record-to-Report (R2R) operations.
• Proven experience leading teams in a Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
• Strong knowledge of intercompany accounting, general accounting, financial reporting, and U.S. GAAP.
• Experience leading finance transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, BlackLine, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
