You will bridge R&D and Supply Chain, driving end‑to‑end process excellence, tech transfer, and continuous improvement across sourcing units and third‑party manufacturers.

The role requires a BS in Food Technology with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong root cause analysis, process control, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs and scales up manufacturing processes.
• Defines critical process, product, and equipment parameters.
• Owns process development workstreams from lab to production.
• Acts as R&D focal point for Supply Chain and partners.
• Leads root cause analysis and resolves production issues.
