Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Co. is seeking an R&D Process Executive in the Philippines to lead development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes. This role interfaces between R&D and Supply Chain to drive end-to-end process excellence and robust technology transfer.

You will own process development workstreams, coordinate with internal and third-party facilities, and tackle root-cause analyses to improve quality and reduce waste. A 1-year fixed-term contract is offered.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Technology or a related course with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong skills in root cause analysis, critical thinking & process control, and stakeholder management.
• Thinks end-to-end and takes ownership for results.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

• Design, development, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across internal sourcing units and third-party facilities.
• Define critical process, product, and equipment parameters for robust, scalable operations.
• Owns process development workstreams from lab scale to full production.
• Acts as R&D focal point for assigned Supply Chain units and manufacturing partners.
• Lead complex root-cause analysis and resolve production quality, efficiency, and waste issues.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and regional R&D teams.
• Translate business and consumer needs into process solutions.
