Job summary

Magnum Ice Cream Company is hiring an R&D Process Executive in the Philippines to lead development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes. You will bridge R&D and Supply Chain, driving end‑to‑end process excellence, tech transfer, and continuous improvement across sourcing units and third‑party manufacturers.

The role requires a BS in Food Technology with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong root cause analysis, process control, and stakeholder management.

The role

The R&D Process Executive leads the development, optimization, and industrialization of manufacturing processes to enable innovation, renovation, and cost transformation initiatives driven by process. This role serves as a strategic interface between R&D and Supply Chain, driving end-to-end process excellence, ensuring robust technology transfer, and delivering continuous improvement across sourcing units and third-party manufacturers.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Conducts the design, development, and scale-up of manufacturing processes across internal sourcing units and third-party facilities / RM supplier/s
• Defines critical process, product, and equipment parameters to ensure robust, scalable, and reproducible operations
• Owns process development workstreams, ensuring seamless transition from lab scale to full industrial production
• Acts as the R&D focal point for assigned Supply Chain units and manufacturing partners
• Leads complex root cause analysis and drives resolution of production challenges related to quality, efficiency, and waste
• Drives strong cross‑functional alignment with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regional/Country R&D teams
• Translates business and consumer needs into process solutions

• Has a BS in Food Technology or a related course, with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Brings strong skills in root cause analysis, critical thinking & process control, and stakeholder management
• Thinks end‑to‑end and takes ownerships for results
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving organisation
• Values collaboration, clarity and low‑ego ways of working
• Is amenable for a fixed‑term contract of 1 year
