Job summary

The Magnum Ice Cream Company in the Philippines is seeking a Technical Operator to manage the operation, maintenance, and improvement of production equipment across assigned lines.

You will apply Autonomous Maintenance, monitor ICMS metrics, support safety and quality, and coach operators while driving continuous improvement.

Candidates with a college degree and 3 years of maintenance experience, plus FMCG exposure, are preferred; fresh graduates may be considered.

Qualifications

• Core Engineering Skills – at least 3 years in Maintenance, Bench Fitting and/or Machining.
• Experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic achievement may be considered.
• Experience in FMCG / Food Processing industries is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, improve and repair OMIR equipment to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Lead and coach a team of operators and manufacturing crew.
• Identify repeated problems and implement corrective actions.
• Apply Kaizen and continuous improvement tools to reduce losses and waste.
• Ensure safety, hygiene and environmental procedures are followed on the line.
