Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking an Order/Quotation Specialist to manage quotes and orders for reseller partners. You will verify data, prepare quotes, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to drive conversions.

Qualifications

College graduate; or high school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
At least 2 years of quotation and order management experience.
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus.
Good English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
Willing to work day shift (SG time) with 10 days RTO per month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

Enter and process orders; contact resellers for verifications.
Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
Validate quote data before submission.
Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion.
Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
Override PO prices and vendor prices.
