Job summary

Ingram Micro in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Quotation and Order Management professional to prepare proactive and reactive customer quotes, validate data, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role requires a college degree or higher, at least 2 years in quotation/order management, strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot), good English communication, and willingness to work day shifts aligned with NZ time.

Qualifications

• College degree or higher; if HS diploma, 2+ years functional experience.
• Minimum 2 years in quotation and order management.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a strong plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot, etc).
• Willing to work day shift (NZ time zone) and ~10 days RTO per month.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve quote-related concerns.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
