Job summary

Qualifications

• College graduate; or high school diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years of quotation and order management experience.
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.).
• Willing to work day shift (SG time) with 10 days RTO per month (2 consecutive weeks).

Responsibilities

• Enter and process orders; contact resellers for verifications.
• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate quote data before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Override PO prices and vendor prices.

• Order entry, order processing, contacting resellers for verifications
• Prepare accurate proactive and reactive customer quotations.
• Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
• Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
• Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
• Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
• Overriding of PO prices and vendor prices

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; if High School Diploma, should have at least 2 years functional experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of Quotation and Order Management experience
• Background in supply chain or IT distribution is a huge advantage
• Good English communication skills
• Knowledgeable with MS Excel functions (vlookup, pivot, etc)
• Willing to work on day shift (SG time zone) and 10 days RTO/monthly (2 consecutive weeks)
