Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales Support Specialist, Quotations - Critical Power, in the Philippines. You will support sales growth by preparing accurate, competitive quotations for critical power solutions, coordinating the bid process, and ensuring timely proposal delivery.

You will work closely with sales, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage risk and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Prepare technically and commercially sound quotations aligning with customer requirements and ABB standards.
• Manage end-to-end quotation processes: cost estimation, documentation, pricing, vendor evaluation, risk identification, tender submission.
• Interpret customer requirements and project documents to develop accurate proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare competitive quotations, bids, and tenders for Critical Power solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end quotation process within established timelines.
• Provide technical and commercial support to Sales teams and customers.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, vendors, and cross-functional teams to obtain required information and analyze tender outcomes.
