We are seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to handle daily financial operations including AP, AR, and reconciliations.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is essential; experience with cloud-based accounting systems is valued.
Comfort with Microsoft 365 tools and CRM systems to support financial workflows.
Must be able to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

Manage and process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) accurately and on time.
Perform regular bank and account reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
Maintain complete and organized financial records and documentation.
Support month-end and year-end reporting activities.
Identify discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and assist in resolving accounting concerns.
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) and work with PDFs efficiently.
