Job summary

ARTON Design + Construction is seeking a full-time on-site Quantity Surveyor based in Pasay to prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and cost plans for residential and commercial projects. You will track costs, monitor budgets, prepare cost reports, and support tendering and contract administration on-site with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities include validating quantities, managing variations, and contributing to value engineering and cost-management improvements throughout the project

Qualifications

• BOQ preparation and quantity take-offs for residential/commercial projects.
• Cost planning and cost management to develop budgets and controls across project phases.
• Cost control and cost reporting to monitor expenditures and variations with updates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review BOQs, estimates, and cost plans for projects.
• Track project costs and monitor budget performance.
• Prepare cost reports and support tendering, bidding, and contract administration.
• Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to validate quantities and manage variations.
• Contribute to value engineering, risk assessment, and cost-management process improvements.
