Job summary

China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office seeks a qualified Quantity Surveyor to manage cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and cost control for projects in Capas/New Clark City. You will review drawings, prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.

Proficiency in Excel and CAD is preferred. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, with strong analytical and communication skills, capable of meeting deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or cost management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of quantity take-off, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specs, and project plans.
• Able to prepare cost estimates, material take-offs, budgets, and progress billing.
• Capable of monitoring costs, quantities, and expenditures.
• Able to evaluate quotations and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Proficient in MS Excel; AutoCAD and estimating software are advantages.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

• With relevant experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or construction project cost management is an advantage.

• Knowledgeable in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and preparation of bills of quantities (BOQ).

• Experienced in reviewing construction drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.

• Capable of preparing cost estimates, material take-offs, budget summaries, and progress billing documents.

• Knowledgeable in monitoring project costs, material quantities, and construction expenditures.

• Able to evaluate material quotations, prepare cost comparisons, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and construction estimating software is an advantage.

• Good analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet project deadlines.

• Good communication and coordination skills when working with project engineers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.

• Willing to be assign in New Clark City, Capas, Tarlac.
