Job summary

China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd Philippine Branch - Main Office is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with electrical/MEPFS focus for our Capas, Tarlac project. The role requires strong cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing abilities for high-rise construction.

You will work closely with engineers and procurement teams to ensure accurate budgets and tight cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years QS experience focused on electrical works / MEPFS.
• Experience in high-rise construction projects.
• Strong cost estimation, quantity take-off and project costing skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and QS tools; detail-oriented and analytical.
• Willing to be assigned in New Clark, Capas Tarlac.
• Available to start immediately.

• Minimum 3-5 years working experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) with focus on electrical works / MEPFS

• Experience in high-rise construction projects is required

• Strong knowledge in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and project costing

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and relevant QS tools is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized

• Willing to be assigned in New Clark, Capas Tarlac.
