Job summary

Dream Riser Builders, Inc. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for on-site work in Caloocan. The role focuses on cost estimating, material takeoffs, and cost-control activities to support our growing construction projects.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering degree, 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. Local candidates with a hands-on mindset are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• License is not required but an advantage.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review & Analyze blueprints, project plans, and other documentation to prepare the cost schedule and estimates of construction materials and labor costs.
• Set-up cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures.
• Prepare quantity takeoffs and cost estimation for each project.
• Controls and monitors incoming construction materials in every on-going project.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and architects on-site for changes or adjustments to costs estimates.
• Strategically reviews construction materials and labor requirements for cost-efficiency.
