Job summary

Cockram Scenario - Philippine ROHQ is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to estimate and control costs across large construction projects in Metro Manila. You will liaise with clients, prepare tender documents, and ensure compliance with laws and quality standards.

The role requires a Civil or Mechanical engineering degree, PRC licensure, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience in construction. Strong data management, attention to detail, and fluent English are essential.

• Monitor and keep track of project progress as well as the measurement and valuation of variations.

Qualifications:

• Take up a bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Pass the Civil Engineering Licensure Examination or Mechanical Engineering Licensure Examination administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) to become an Engineer.
• Gained 3 to 5 years of experience in construction projects to become a Quantity Surveyor or same position.
• Have good attention to detail to ensure / verify accuracy of data.
• Ability to maintain large amounts of financial data and paperwork systematically.
• Good knowledge of measurement and valuation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
