Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Quality Management Officer to conduct branch quality inspections, audits, and ensure compliance across locations. The role involves developing SOPs, CAPA, and reviewing KPIs to maintain high standards in operations.

The candidate should have QA experience in food/restaurant settings, strong root-cause analysis, and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments. Willingness to travel between branches is required.

Qualifications

  • QA experience in food/restaurant industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and quality standards.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs, internal controls, compliance standards and operational policies.
  • Excellent root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, communication and report-writing skills.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Capable of working independently and coordinating with branch teams.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards or internal audit frameworks is an advantage.
  • ISO Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational and process audits beyond food or product quality inspections.
  • Investigate discrepancies and recurring operational issues across inventory, cash, sales, reporting and documentation.
  • Develop, review and implement SOPs, policies and control measures based on identified risks.
  • Create corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor effectiveness.
  • Review reports, KPIs, audit results and data for accuracy and reliability.
  • Identify recurring findings across branches and drive company-wide process improvements.
  • Supervise auditors, QA/QC personnel, or field staff and monitor performance.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR and other departments to fix issues.
  • Create policies or system improvements based on root-cause findings.
  • Travel to different branches as required.

About the role

A Quality Management Officer role focused on conducting branch quality inspections and audits, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring adherence to company standards across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct operational and process audits beyond food or product quality inspections
  • Investigate discrepancies and recurring operational issues, including inventory, cash, sales, reporting, documentation, and process-related concerns
  • Develop, review, revise, and implement SOPs, policies, procedures, and control measures based on identified operational risks
  • Develop practical corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and monitor their implementation and effectiveness
  • Review reports, KPIs, audit results, and operational data, with the ability to validate whether the underlying information is accurate and reliable
  • Identify common or recurring findings across multiple branches and translate these findings into company-wide process improvements
  • Supervise auditors, QA/QC personnel, or field personnel, including assigning tasks, reviewing outputs, and monitoring performance
  • Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and other departments to implement corrective actions and resolve identified issues
  • Create policies or system improvements based on root-cause findings
  • Travel to different branches as required
