Job summary

Techno MoldPlas Phils. Inc. is seeking a Quality Management System Representative to analyze, define, and improve operating procedures and company processes to support compliant, efficient production.

You will ensure all in-house systems are updated to meet external certification bodies, prepare management review meetings of the quality system, implement KPI programs, and assist in maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and EMS 14001 across the organization.

Qualifications

• Understanding of quality management systems and procedures.
• Experience in analyzing and improving operating procedures.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 & EMS 14001 standards.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, define and improve operating procedures and company processes.
• Ensure all in-house systems and procedures are updated to meet external certification bodies.
• Prepare management review meetings of the quality system.
• Implement best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance.
• Assist the QMR in assuring that the QMS is established, documented and maintained.
• Assist in the performance of QEMS to top management review as a basis for systems improvement.
• Propose preventive measures and implements improvement programs.
• Represent the company regarding all matters of quality & environment management system.
• Develop, implement, and manage KPI.

• Prepare management review meetings of the quality system
• Implement best practice capacity planning vision, strategy, policies, and procedures to improve operational performance
• Assist the QMR in assuring that the quality management systems (QMS) based on ISO 9001:2015 & EMS 14001 is established, documented and maintained
• Assist in the performance of QEMS to top management review as a basis for systems improvement
• Propose preventive measure and implements improvement programs
