Job summary

RAM Food Products Inc. in Cabuyao, Philippines seeks a QA Manager to oversee quality assurance and control, ensuring GMP compliance and FDA-related transactions. You will lead QA Specialists and QC Officers, review procedures, and coordinate with production to maintain high product quality.

The role requires 2–3 years as QA Specialist, 1–2 years in supervision, strong data analytics, and willingness to work shifts 6 days a week. PRC license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or science related courses.
• 2–3 years as QA Specialist.
• 1–2 years in supervisory position.
• Knowledgeable in FDA transactions and other 3rd party agency transactions.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in 3rd party audits (Food Safety/Halal/FDA).
• Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
• Preferably PRC license.
• Willing to work in shifts, 6 days a week.
• Willing to work in Cabuyao/Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures that all products manufactured have met the standards of quality

• Review and update set of standards in providing the good quality of the products

• To conduct troubleshooting during processing in case the specifications went out of control

• Ensure that the analysis procedures in placed are religiously followed

• Ensure availability of resources used in analysis

• Ensures that GMP are properly implemented

• Coordinates with production supervisor to ensure a clean working environment

• Check the preparations of the documents with regards to quality

• Keep updated with the current technology for the food processing

• To manage both QA Specialist and Quality Control Officers

• Report to the Manager veery significant instances occurred during processing

Qualifications, knowledge, skills required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Engineering or science related courses

• Must have at least 2-3 years as QA Specialist
