Job summary

JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Assurance Management System and policies.

You will supervise production processes, review quality reports, and guide engineers to uphold IATF and ISO standards across the manufacturing facility in Cavite.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• 9–10 years in manufacturing with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of production processes and supervisory skills.
• General knowledge of IATF and ISO certificates.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Quality Program Plan.
• Create and monitor quality activity schedules and action plans.
• Formulate, monitor, implement and follow up on quality improvements.
• Review quality management reports prepared by Engineers.

Job Summary

Responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing, improving of the Quality Assurance Management System and policies.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing Quality Program Plan set by JAE PH.
• Create Quality Activity Schedules and Action Plans based on the Quality Objectives and targets.
• Formulate, monitor, implement, take corrective action, and make follow up on quality improvements.
• Review reports related to quality management created by Engineers.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering courses
• With at least 9-10 years of work experience in manufacturing entity in a supervisory or similar capacity.
• Knowledge on production process and supervisory skills.
• General knowledge in IATF and ISO Certificates.
