Job summary

JAE Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Quality System Assistant to support the Supervisor and Engineers in implementing and maintaining IATF16949 and ISO 9001 procedures across JAE PH. You will help ensure compliance, document corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

The role emphasizes knowledge of ISO/IATF, MS Office proficiency, and a willingness to learn fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with related experience considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year degree course.

• General knowledge in ISO and IATF Certificates.
• Computer literate and has knowledge in MS Offices.

• Make, issue CPARs and reviews and summarizes submitted actions and evidences on IATF16949.
• Administers IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 orientation.

Job Summary

Responsible for assisting the Supervisor and Engineers of Quality System Department ensuring that the Section activities requirements and procedures are properly implemented, maintained and continually improved.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the QS Supervisor and QS Engineer in the implementation and incorporation of IATF requirements and global procedures to JAE PH procedures.
• Make, issue Corrective/Preventive Action Request (CPAR) and reviews and summarizes submitted actions and evidences on IATF16949.
• Administers IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 orientation.
