Job summary

ICOAST Manufacturing Group, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to organize external audits, coordinate ISO and certifying bodies, and ensure the QMS is implemented and the Quality Objectives are met across operations.

You will manage document issuance, retrieval, archival and disposal; conduct audits, close findings, prepare audit reports, and drive corrective and preventive actions to improve quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a 4-year degree.
• 2–3 years work experience in Quality Management System.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Experience in auditing, quality control and process improvement.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize external audits conducted by ISO, customers, auditors and certifying bodies.
• Monitor and ensure the Quality Management System is implemented and Quality Objectives are met.
• Full control in documents issuance, retrieval, archival and disposal.
• Conduct audits including closing out findings, creating audit findings reports and determining corrective and preventive actions.
