Job summary

NHK Spring Philippines, Inc. seeks a Quality Management System Specialist to support QEMS implementation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. You will coordinate across departments to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Main duties include organizing meetings, monitoring QEHS OTP submissions, assisting MR with ISO requirements, managing QMS budget preparation and audits, and developing plans for the Legal and Compliance section of the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with relevant experience.
• Experience supervising management systems at ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certified company.
• Preparation of report analysis and other requirements relevant to ISO.
• Supervisory skills in internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Assist MR with the QEMS system's implementation in accordance with ISO regulations.

• Monitor the company-wide QEHS OTP as well as the submission of each department, section, and committee.
