Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial services operations, securities services, or a closely related function.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using Tableau or a comparable BI platform.
• Experience using Alteryx for workflow automation or Git-based development workflows.
• Experience applying AI techniques (ML/LLMs) to improve analysis speed/quality.
• Proven project and program management experience with stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting data quality monitoring with business ownership.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for senior audiences.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational datasets to identify measurable opportunities to improve performance, reduce cost, or mitigate risk.
• Define success measures and tracking approaches, including baselines, targets, and benefits realization.
• Produce clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Build and enhance dashboards and recurring management reporting for operational metrics.
• Automate repeatable data preparation and reporting processes to reduce manual effort.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and version-control workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders across operations and technology to clarify requirements and prioritize delivery.
• Manage end-to-end analytics initiatives with scope, milestones, and risks.
• Maintain delivery cadence through structured plans and issue resolution ownership.
• Monitor data quality indicators and support root cause analysis with data owners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by better measuring, visualizing, and communicating performance.
