Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and relevant experience.
• 5+ years of financial services operations or securities services experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting using Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Experience using Alteryx for workflow automation and reproducible solutions.
• Experience applying AI techniques (ML/LLM) to improve analysis speed/quality.
• Strong project/program management experience with clear stakeholder communication.
• Experience supporting data quality monitoring and collaboration with business data owners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex operational datasets to identify measurable opportunities for improved performance, cost reduction, or risk mitigation.
• Define baselines, targets, and benefits realization methods for key initiatives.
• Craft clear, decision-oriented narratives for senior stakeholders.
• Build and maintain dashboards and recurring management reporting for operational metrics.
• Automate data preparation and reporting to reduce manual effort and improve timeliness.
• Develop scalable analytics solutions using SQL, Python, Alteryx, and version-control workflows.
• Collaborate with operations and technology to clarify requirements and prioritize delivery.
• Manage end-to-end analytics initiatives including scope, milestones, risks, and communications.
• Maintain structured plans, status reporting, escalation, and issue resolution ownership.
• Monitor data quality indicators and support root-cause analysis with data owners.
• Identify opportunities to improve measurement and visualization of operational performance.
