Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• PRC licensed (Food Technologist, Chemist, Nutritionist or Chemical Engineer).
• At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing, laboratory, or QC environment.
• Strong analytical skills and knowledge of food safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physico-chemical analysis, bake tests, and sensory evaluations.
• Ensure accurate sampling, testing, and compliance with approved methods and standards.
• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready laboratory documentation.
• Perform equipment calibration, monitoring, and coordination of maintenance.
• Identify and manage non-conforming materials; support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support GMP, HACCP, ISO, and FSMS requirements.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments on quality concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct physico-chemical analysis, bake tests, and sensory evaluations

• Ensure accurate sampling, testing, and compliance with approved methods and standards

• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready laboratory documentation

• Perform equipment calibration, monitoring, and coordination of maintenance

• Identify and manage non-conforming materials; support root cause analysis and corrective actions

• Support GMP, HACCP, ISO, and Food Safety Management System (FSMS) requirements

• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, and other departments on quality concerns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field

• PRC Licensed (Food Technologist, Chemist, Nutritionist, or Chemical Engineer)

• Candidates must hold any of the four acceptable PRC licences: Food Technologist, Chemist, Nutritionist, or Chemical Engineer

• At least 1 year of experience in a food manufacturing, laboratory, or QC environment

• Experience may be in any combination of food manufacturing, laboratory work, or quality control environments

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of food safety systems
