Farm Fresh Milk Incorporated is seeking a qualified QA/QC Laboratory Technician to develop and implement testing plans and verify products from raw materials to finished goods in a busy plant environment.
You will conduct physico-chemical and sensory evaluations, maintain documentation of findings, and ensure materials meet standard specifications while adhering to GMP, GLP, HACCP, FSMS and ISO 17025 guidelines. Immediate joining is preferred.
About the role
Responsible in the development and implementation of testing plans, conduct incoming, in-line and finished product verification, and document findings. Ensuring that received raw materials and packaging materials from the suppliers conform to the standard specifications. Inventory and preparation of chemicals & reagents used in laboratory analysis. Conducting In-process audit, inspection, and validation of corrective actions for GMP and Pest Control findings. Conducting sampling, physico-chemical and sensory evaluation of products being produced in the plant and ensuring conformance to the set quality standards. Conducting physico-chemical and sensory evaluation of retained samples.

About you
Bachelor's or College Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Biology, Microbiology or equivalent
Licensed Chemical Technician
At least 1 to 2 years of related working experience in food manufacturing
Knowledgeable in GMP, GLP, HACCP, FSMS, FSSC and ISO 17025
Able to work and sustain in a hot/cold working environment
Willing to work on shifting schedules
Good leadership, communication, coordination, and management competencies
Adaptive to start-up environment and willing to be trained
Can start immediately
