Job summary

Innovative Packaging Industry Corp. in Metro Manila is seeking a QA Laboratory Analyst to ensure product quality from raw materials to finished goods. You will perform physical, chemical, and sensory testing and document results.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a lab/QA role within manufacturing or FMCG, with a related degree and license. GMP/HACCP experience and calibration responsibilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology or a related science field.
• 1–2 years experience in a laboratory or QA role within a manufacturing or FMCG company.
• Licensed Chemical Technician or Chemical Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct online and offline testing of finished goods, WIP, and raw materials to verify product quality.
• Release WIP/bulk products after completing required tests and coordinating with production in case of deviations.
• Investigate non-conforming products by conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain accurate QA records and reports.
• Perform regular calibration and verification of laboratory instruments and weighing scales.
• Prepare product samples for client evaluation and internal assessments.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and GMP guidelines to maintain product quality and consumer safety.
• Promote and comply with company safety policies and standard operating procedures.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Technical Skills:
