• Develops, updates, and maintains the QMS Manual, procedures, forms, and records.
• Leads internal audits, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis.
• Ensures all departments comply with ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Coordinates external ISO audits and ensures audit readiness.
• Monitors process performance, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Conducts QMS orientation and training for all employees.
• Oversees document control, record management, and standardization.
• Ensures regulatory and legal compliance related to quality and recruitment.
• Prepares QMS reports and presents performance reviews to management.
• Forecasts manpower requirements together with department managers.
• Oversees submission of mandatory reports and adherence to regulatory requirements.
• Provides training, coaching, and guidance to new employees.
• Attends internal and external meetings, seminars, and conferences as company representative.
• Reports progress on departmental plans, QMS programs, and operational objectives.
