Job summary

DHL Express (Philippines) Corporation is seeking an OMS Champion to support operations management system implementation on site, coach site leaders, and track OMS achievements.

The role focuses on driving the four OMS principles, maintaining quality standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing, transport or logistics setting.

Qualifications

• College diploma or degree in engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably in manufacturing, transport or logistics.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, and quality control techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and data analysis tools.
• Experience in performance management, productivity and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Conducting regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any non-conformities or defects.

OMS FUNCTIONS

The Purpose of the OMS Champion Job is to support the implementation of the Operations Management System on site and ensure sustainability. This includes the development and coaching of the site leadership team (supervisors and coordinators) and the tracking of the OMS achievements.

• Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS
• Support the site management team to establish and maintain an organization that delivers
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
• Support continuous improvement
• Coach of a team, ensuring everyone plays by the rules to achieve success.

Requirements
