J&T Cargo is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist for our Philippine operations. You will inspect SOP compliance during unloading, sorting, and loading, and monitor issues like misdelivery and damages.
You will prepare quality reports, analyze data, issue rectification notices, and drive on-site improvements while ensuring proper case closure and documentation in a fast-paced distribution environment.
Inspect compliance with SOPs during unloading, sorting, and loading operations.
Monitor operational issues such as misdelivery, parcel damage, and improper handling.
Correct SOP violations on-site and issue rectification notices when necessary.
Monitor core distribution and operational quality indicators.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Analyze quality data and trends to identify potential issues.
Issue early warnings for recurring or significant quality problems.
Handle operational abnormalities involving parcel damage, loss, and other quality-related incidents.
Conduct verification and investigation of reported abnormalities.
Coordinate accountability and corrective actions.
Ensure proper closure and documentation of cases.
Handle quality-related disputes and arbitration cases involving outlets and distribution centers.
Collect and review supporting documents and arbitration materials.
Conduct internal assessment and determine accountability.
Follow up on the resolution and closure of cases.
Promote and implement headquarters‑mandated SOPs and quality standards.
Conduct training for frontline operational employees.
Provide case‑based training and warning education based on actual quality incidents.
Ensure employees understand and comply with required operational standards.
Analyze the root causes of recurring and high‑frequency quality problems.
Develop corrective and optimization plans.
Coordinate with relevant departments to implement improvement initiatives.
Monitor and track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Conduct special quality audits and investigations as assigned.
Participate in quality‑related system development and improvement projects.
Perform other temporary or special tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or any related courses.
With at least 3 years of relevant working experience
