Job summary

Joinimagine is seeking a Quality Assurance professional in the Philippines to conduct Gemba process verifications and implement CAPA/document control. You will lead audits with regulators or customers and train staff to close competency gaps in Quality compliance.

Experience in ISO 9001 and regulatory awareness is valued. You will collaborate with site leadership to monitor KPIs, ensure data integrity in LOGICS, and maintain Pest Control documentation.

Qualifications

• Auditing experience (1st/2nd/3rd party).

Job description

Responsibilities

• Conduct Gemba focussing on process control verification.
• Establish and implement country process on CAPA and Document & Record management
• Lead the site management team in any customer or regulatory audits.
• Conduct training to all employees to address any competency gap relating to Quality and drive compliance to local training certificaion program. (Ex. GS&D, LOGICS CAPA, QSA, etc.)
• Assist in cooordinating with government agencies any Legal compliance requirement relating to Quality.
• Collaborate with site management in establishing a process to monitor contractual KPIs and have this reported in LOGICS in a timely manner.
• Drive site management reviews with critical analysis along with incorporating Performance Measurement tools and processes to assist operations leadership in improving performance and ultimately customer satisfaction. This includes monthly assessment of QARs.
• Ensure data integrity within LOGICS report / database (establish process + implement)
• Ensure all necessary documentation for Pest Control program is available on file.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year working experience handling quality assurance function. Background in Logistics/ Supply Chain is an advantage.
• Knowledge on regulatory/ legal compliance is an advantage
• Knowledge on ISO 9001
• Established capability in doing root cause analysis / problem solving.

• Experience of working with people from different level of the organization
